Our philosophy is simple: we only collect what we absolutely need to make our apps work, and we'll never sell your data. Ever.

Our Apps

This policy applies to all apps published by Peach Gelato, including:

• Zesty: An iOS app for tracking ADHD medication.
• Just Meditate: A web app for simple meditation.

What We Collect (And Why)

Zesty (iOS App)

1. Subscription & Payment Information:

Zesty is a subscription-based app. To manage your subscription, we rely on Apple's standard In-App Purchase system. This means we collect and store a unique, anonymous user ID (provided by Apple) to verify your purchase and unlock the app's features. We do not see, collect, or store your credit card number, name, email address, or any other personal payment details. That is all handled securely by Apple.

2. App Data (What We Don't Collect):

All of your personal data—your medication schedule, your tracking history, your "favorites"—is stored only on your device. We do not have access to it. It never touches our servers. We cannot see it, read it, or share it with anyone. It is 100% yours.

Just Meditate (Web App)

We're proud to say that "Just Meditate" collects absolutely nothing. No cookies, no trackers, no accounts, no analytics. We literally don't know who you are. Your practice is completely private.

How We Use Your Data

The anonymous subscription ID from Zesty is used for one purpose only: to validate your subscription status and provide you with the app's paid features.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data, because we barely have any to begin with. We will never sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

The only "sharing" that occurs is the necessary processing of payments through the Apple App Store, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Your Rights

Since all your personal app data is stored on your device (for Zesty), you have full control. You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app. If you would like to manage your subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we'll post the new policy on our website. We recommend you check back in now and then.
